  1. This is not very good. It promotes using the arms by pulling them down. The arms are relaxed in the gold swing and the lower body forces them down. You don’t pull them down.

    • wardn53 forever. Gravity and focus does this. We have many videos explaining soft arms and smooth tempo. Forcing positions is not good

  2. The two middle fingers of the right hand control the muscle groups that allow the right elbow to naturally follow the right hip down to impact…….While the right Thumb and Forefinger control the muscle groups that inhibit this natural movement back to the ball…

    Loosen the right Thumb and Forefinger on the grip, and stenghten the two middle fingers until they can securely grip the club without un-needed tension…….

    Overall Flexability in the Shoulders, Chest, Torso, and Hips are more attributes that are very beneficial to great sequencing….
