  1. Believe it or not, playing miniature golf can help with your live golf game. If you practice on these putting obstacles, you can actually improve your short game tremendously. Having to putt over two hills and through a windmill is a bit whimsical, for sure, but it can translate well to putting success on a real green.

  2. Hit the driver from the bunker. The key here is to hit on the lower portion of the face. By hitting lower on the face, you will get more backspin, which helps the ball go higher much quicker. If the ball is caught more in the middle, the ball may travel on lower trajectory out of the bunker.

  3. Here is tip that will make the flight of your ball lower. This is useful in windy conditions. Before swinging, move the ball back a little from its usual place in the middle of your stance. Moving the ball back will cause it to be struck at an earlier point in the arc of your swing. This means that the head of the club gives the ball much less upward lift than normal.

  4. Hold the golf club properly. To ensure the perfect grip, lay the handle of the club across your palms and hold the handle with your thumbs orientated downward. Try to ensure both hands touch each other. To hit the ball for distance, hold the club towards the upper half of the handle, and for precision shorter distances, hold the club lower.
